FOR SIGNING THE APPROVAL SHEET OF THE FINAL VERSION - DISSERTATIONS AND THESES
RESOLVE: Art. 1 - Within the scope of UENF, the advanced electronic signatures of members of the examining board on the approval sheet of the final version of the dissertations and theses that they use will be recognized and accepted, with presumption of legality, in accordance with art. 28 of State Decree No. 48.209/2022:
I-ICPEdu certificate, issued to members of the UENF university community with access to the Academic System;
II - Gov.BR electronic signature, issued by the Gov.Br Electronic Signature Portal.
Art.2 - If it is impossible for the board member to sign electronically, the chair of the board will issue a declaration using the SEI system.
Chair of the board and students: attention §2º For delivery of the final version of the dissertations and theses in article 2
Final version approval sheet - Paragraph 2 Art. 2 - "For the delivery of the final version of dissertations and theses, the chair of the committee will issue a declaration using the SEI system containing in the text the expression "I declare that the final version of the dissertation (student's name, level, and title of the dissertation or thesis) was approved by the member(s) (mention the full name of each member) of the committee unable to sign the document". This declaration must be attached to the final printed and/or digital version."
PROCEDURES:
PROCEDURES: (for all students who defended)
1- The student must send the following to the Coordination Office 1 (one) copy of the finalized version of the thesis, duly bound and with the original signatures of the members of the board, and then the finalized version will be sent to the National Library (This copy must be initialed on all pages at the bottom right (footer). Any extra quantity should be provided and given to the Board Members (if someone requires the bound version);
2- All students must send via e-mail pgbv.secretaria@uenf.br., single PDF version and WORD version. Attention: When saving the Thesis/Dissertation, PDF version, in a single file and a Word version file, include the catalog sheet and the sheet with the names of the members of the Board with their signatures, in the appropriate files.
3- O student, FAPERJ scholarship holder, must follow the Instructions for sending Scholarship Activity Reports via Sis Faperj (website: https://www.faperj.br/?id=100.5.6). The Technical Report, IN PDF FORMAT (maximum file size: 10 Mb), must be sent by the project supervisor/proponent.
4- Students must authorize the publication of the Thesis/Dissertation through the Term of Authorization for electronic publication in the UENF Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (available on the form below) - print, fill in and sign two copies;
5- Students must fill in one (1) copy, Application Form to register a Thesis/Dissertation at the National Library (BN) (available in the form below), only in the following fields:
(2) information about the intellectual work;
(3) Identification data;
(3.4) Declaration of responsibility (date, place and your signature);
(3.7) Final provisions (date, place and your signature)
6- Instructions for registering the Thesis/Dissertation at the BN, filling in the simple GRU (available on the form below).
7- The supervisor must fill in the Thesis/Dissertation Revision Statement (available on the form below).
8- The student must attach copy of ID (identity card), CPF (social security number) and original proof of the bank slip paid for the registration fee at the National Library (simple GRU).
