Document Submission Procedures:

The PPGBV Coordination requests candidates to organize their documentation in PDF format for submission, sending it in separate compressed folders (Folder 1 and Folder 2).

Folder 1 - Registration documents

1. Registration form ;

2. Diploma (front and back) from university or equivalent document;

3. (Final) academic transcript for Master's and Doctorate candidates;

4. Degree certificate (front and back) of the Master’s for Doctorate candidates;

5. Master's degree transcripts (definitive) for PhD candidates;

6. Two 3×4 photos;

7. Reference letter three people linked to their university education or professional activities (item 4.3 - h - of Notice 2026/1);

8. Copy of Civil Identity Card, CPF, Civil Registration, Voter Registration Card and Military Document;

Folder 2 - Documents for Evaluation (PHASE 01)

1. Research Proposal (Portuguese Version) - Annex 1 (dated and signed) , Research Proposal (English Version) - Annex 1 (dated and signed), Research proposal (Spanish version) - Annex 1 (closed and signed).

2. Curriculum Vitae personalized containing only the items set out in the respective scoring tables for master's and/or doctoral degrees in this notice.

3. Supporting documentation Curriculum Vitae. A supporting documentation must be in a SINGLE PDF FILE (file name: candidate_proofsCV.pdf) and must be organized exactly in the order of the items provided in the respective scoring tables (ITEM 7.1 - PHASE 01 - table) for master's degree and or ( ITEM 7.2 – PHASE 01 table) doctorate of this notice (Public Notice Portuguese version); (ITEM 6.1 - PHASE 01 – table) for a master's degree and either (ITEM 6.2 – PHASE 01 - table) doctorate of this public notice (English version) or (ARTICLE 6.1 - PHASE 01 – table) for a master's degree and either ( ARTICLE 6.2 – PHASE 01 - table) doctorate of this notice (Edital Versión en Español).

Quota Openings Information:
