RESOLVE: Art. 1\u00ba \u2013 No \u00e2mbito da UENF, ser\u00e3o reconhecidas e aceitas, com presun\u00e7\u00e3o de legalidade, em conson\u00e2ncia com o art. 28\u00ba do Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 48.209\/2022, as assinaturas eletr\u00f4nicas avan\u00e7adas de membros da banca examinadora na folha de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da vers\u00e3o final das disserta\u00e7\u00f5es e teses que utilizarem:<\/p>

I- certificado ICPEdu, emitido para os membros da comunidade universit\u00e1ria da UENF com acesso ao Sistema Acad\u00eamico;<\/p>

II- assinatura eletr\u00f4nica do Gov.BR, emitida pelo Portal de Assinatura Eletr\u00f4nica do Gov.Br.<\/p>

Art.2 - If it is impossible for the board member to sign electronically, the chair of the board will issue a declaration using the SEI system.<\/p>

Final version approval sheet <\/strong>\u2013 \u00a72\u00ba Art. 2\u00b0 \u2013 \u201cPara entrega da vers\u00e3o final das disserta\u00e7\u00f5es e teses, o presidente da banca emitir\u00e1 uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o utilizando o sistema SEI contendo no texto a express\u00e3o \u201cDeclaro que a vers\u00e3o final da disserta\u00e7\u00e3o (nome do aluno, n\u00edvel e t\u00edtulo da disserta\u00e7\u00e3o ou tese) foi aprovada pelo(s) membro(s) (citar o nome completo de cada membro) da banca impossibilitado(s) de assinar o documento\u201d. Esta declara\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser anexada \u00e0 vers\u00e3o final impressa e\/ou digital.\u201d<\/p>

PROCEDURES:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. 1- The Chair of the board must issue the declaration via SEI to the PPGBV Coordination.<\/li>
  2. 2- Indicate in the SEI system declaration the name(s) of the board member(s) unable to sign the signature sheet.<\/li>
  3. 3 - This declaration must be attached to the final version of the dissertation and\/or thesis, on the back of the signature sheet;<\/li>
  4. 4 -O discente tem 60 \u00a0dias para providenciar a assinatura original dos membros na folha de assinatura da vers\u00e3o final. Se organize logo ap\u00f3s a defesa para concluir esse procedimento no prazo.<\/li>
  5. 5 \u2013 Na folha de assinatura, o presidente da banca assinar\u00e1 com \u201cP\/\u201d no campo correspondente ao nome do membro da banca impossibilitado de assinar presencialmente ou impossibilitado de incluir assinatura eletr\u00f4nica previsto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 33 do COLAC, via ICPEdu ou Gov.BR.<\/li><\/ol>

    THE DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY OF THE FINISHED COPY, ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT REGULATIONS, IS 60 DAYS, WHICH CANNOT BE EXTENDED<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    PROCEDURES: <\/strong>(for all students who defended)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    1-<\/strong> All students must enviar via e-mail pgbv.secretaria@uenf.br, <\/strong>1 (uma) c\u00f3pia digital da vers\u00e3o definitiva em PDF., acompanhada dos demais documentos exigidos institucionalmente.<\/p>

    Attention:<\/strong><\/span> Ao salvar a Tese\/Disserta\u00e7\u00e3o, vers\u00e3o PDF, em um \u00fanico arquivo, incluir a ficha catalogr\u00e1fica e a folha com os nomes dos membros da Banca com as respectivas assinaturas, nos devidos arquivos.<\/p>

    2- O <\/strong>student, Bolsista FAPERJ,\u00a0 dever\u00e1 seguir as Instru\u00e7\u00f5es para envio de Relat\u00f3rios de Atividades de Bolsas via Sis Faperj (site: <\/strong>https:\/\/www.faperj.br\/?id=100.5.6<\/strong><\/span>). O envio da Vers\u00e3o Final e da Ata de Defesa , NO FORMATO PDF (tamanho m\u00e1ximo do arquivo: 10 Mb), dever\u00e1 ser realizado pelo orientador\/proponente do projeto.<\/strong><\/p>

    3-<\/strong> Students must authorize the publication of the Thesis\/Dissertation through the Term of Authorization for electronic publication in the UENF Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations<\/strong> (dispon\u00edvel no formul\u00e1rio abaixo)<\/p>

    4- O eventual registro da vers\u00e3o definitiva da Disserta\u00e7\u00e3o ou Tese no Escrit\u00f3rio de Direitos Autorais da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Biblioteca Nacional ser\u00e1 de responsabilidade do discente, em comum acordo com o orientador.<\/p>
